I bought stuff from European Competizione Abarth:

- shift knob and stalk (ordered the boot with red stitching as well but it didn’t arrive)

- black front and rear badges

- gray handles from Biposto (ordered black, received gray.. I’ll live)

I spent 2-ish hours installing all of these. Now I have to go wash the car as well.

Are you gonna do any exterior mods or have you done any?

I swapped the orange markers and turn signal with smoked, and I got these Euro parts to de-chrome as much as I can on the outside. I already have the black headlights and stoplights, so I think that is about it. I don’t want to provoke lady luck and start modifying an Italian car..

Ah, much better than the chrome badges.

I had them plasti-dipped, but it didn’t look good enough, so I splurged :D

That shift knob is awesome.

Thanks! I hate the US spec one. The stitching is too rough for my delicate hands :D

Cool.   Do you know anyone who has done a Euro facelift lighting conversion?

Back or front? I’ve seen a few guys on forums that did the stop lights. It’s pretty cool, but pricey. I never seen the front lights done.

The whole stock shift assembly leaves a lot to be desired, but I will say the Competizione one is a beauty. As are the door pulls

Thanks! I have Neuspeed short shifter adapter installed, and while haven’t had a chance to drive the car yet, I know I’ll love this shifter. I hope it doesn’t get too hot in summer.

We went with the Neuspeed one as well on our old one, as the original junk broke. It added the necessary durability, and certainly gave it more positive engagement for a cabled solution.

This is my second Abarth and second Neuspeed adapter. It takes a day to get used to stiffer shifts, but I didn’t want to deal with a lower shifter which comes with some other solutions. It is way overpriced for a tiny piece of machined metal, but worth it at the end.
